We can agree to charge fixed fees but can also agree to work on an hourly rate basis; we are able to provide average costs that you can incur during your matter. Below is an estimate of costs as a guide only, but we can give an accurate cost assessment once we have full details of your matter: -

8. Home Office interview attendance / Average fee is £250.00 to £500.00
9. Tier 4 All type of application / Average Fee is £300-£2000
11. All type of EEA application Average Fee is £300-£1500
12. Registration certificate of an EEA nation / average fee is £200-£1000
13. Spouse visa applications further leave, or settlement / Average Fee is £300-£1500
14. Applications outside the immigration rules / Average Fee is £300-£1500
15. Settlement application under the 10-year rule / Average Fee is £300-£1500
16. Leave to remain under the family or private life route / Average Fee is £300-£1500
18. Applications for retained rights of residence / Average Fee is £300-£1500
20. Applications for British citizenship / Average Fee is £300-£2000

All visa application fees will cover the following work: -
- Instructions
- Initial Advice
- Assessing the relevant required documents
- Preparing legal representation
- Preparing Applicant’s statement (if necessary)
- Preparing application bundle
- Preparation and Submission of Application
- All necessary correspondence with the Home Office
When you provide us all the requested documentation, we should be able to submit your application in 1-2 weeks. We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Normally the Home Office takes three to six months.
However, we do chase a response on your behalf.
VAT is chargeable on all our fees and disbursements @ 20% and disbursement i.e. counsel’s fee, IHS Surcharge, Home office fee, which vary depending on your application. Some clients are exempted from VAT i.e. visit visa application, spouse visa from outside UK, human rights application etc.
Our fees are calculated by reference to the law society guideline hourly rates, all rates are subject to VAT (where VAT Applies) where a company is VAT registered.
For hourly rate basis, our charges are set below:
Solicitors/legal executives with over 8 years post qualification experience Grade A £267.00
Solicitors/legal executives with over 4 years’ experience grade B £229.00
other qualified solicitors / legal executives grade C £165.00
Trainee/paralegal Grade D £121.00
Expenses:
Our clients are responsible for expenses to be incurred on their matter. These expenses are separate from our own costs and are payable in addition. Depending upon the nature of your matter we will explain to you what those expenses are. Please note that the fee will not cover any disbursements. The nature of disbursements differs from case to case for example Court Fee, application Fee to the Home Office and Immigration Health Surcharge, medical expert fee, interpreter fee, social worker fee or counsel fee. All the disbursements will be paid by you separately.
Commercial Lease matter

Our average fee for commercial lease matters is: £1500-£4000
Plus, DISBURSEMENT, VAT is chargeable on our fees @ 20% and VAT also applies on some disbursement @20%. Other costs in addition to our fees, some time if you are a buyer then you must pay the Landlord solicitors fee as well. It depends upon your agreed terms and conditions with the seller.
Time Period: From the date of your instruction we estimate it will take 6-8 weeks. It can be quicker or slower, depending on the parties’ cooperation to each other or the complexities that arise during the transaction.

· Obtain further planning documentation if required
· Make any necessary enquiries of seller's solicitor
· Give you advice on all documents and information received
· Send final contracts to you for signature

· Complete purchase
· Deal with payment of Stamp Duty/Land Tax
· Deal with application for registration at Land Registry

Sale:
Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as Land Registry fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf, although you are responsible for providing the funds.
If your Property is leasehold, additional costs may arise and there are some additional disbursements as well.
*Fees vary from property to property and can on occasion be significantly more than the ranges given above. We can give you an accurate figure once we have sight of your specific documents. Please note any specified disbursements for fixed amounts may be subject to change.
